John has been in the IT and telecommunications industry for over 40 years, and is a recognised expert in his field. Previous experience includes work in the London Stock Exchange and design of the infrastructure for the Open University supercomputer.

Along with high academic attainment and experience in the technical fields John also has experience in general management and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management from the University of London.

Phil is another of DC Professional's trainers and also holds the CDCDP, BICSI RCDD and EU Code of Conduct credentials. Phil has extensive experience in the design and construction of data centres going back over 20 years.
