Design and delivery of 120 cab data centre conversion of part of a standard office building, generally to Tier 2 resilience but adapted to suit conditions and timescale which was extremely tight due to a disaster at the previous facility. The data centre was handed over in phases, the first only 8 weeks from commencement. Project finally completed on second Integrated Systems Test which was carried out after provision of new power supply, until then load was controlled to suit availability of power from the existing building.

Small but very mission critical data centre on rural campus. The design is challenged by sensitive location, power and space availability but we developed a cost effective Tier 3 solution that achieved a design PUE of 1.4 and LEED certification.

Design brief for integration of data centre into BREEAM "Excellent" rated high specification office block for leading law firm. This data centre is one of 3 main facilities that support the firm's activities world-wide so required a high resilience. Cooling energy is recycled into the office heating system and other systems are integrated to achieve high efficiencies and resilience.
